Shipping Policy
What does it cost to receive my order?
Sweden: Standard delivery to Sweden costs 59 kr. Orders of 599 kr or more qualify for free shipping.
Europe (EU): Standard delivery costs 149 kr.
Rest of the world: Standard delivery costs 159 kr.
When will I receive my order?
Orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed from time of purchase. Orders placed on working days will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.
Sweden: Orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days from the day after the purchase.
Europe: Orders will be delivered with 7-10 days business days from the day after the purchase.
Rest of the world: Orders will be delivered up to 15 days business days from the day after the purchase.
Return Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be entitled to a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be in the unopened original packaging upon return.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirmation that your return has arrived and if your refund is approved or rejected.
Approved refund: Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the order's payment method, within a few business days.
Discount orders
We do only refund orders without discounts. Discounted orders or products can unfortunately not be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
